Refund Policy for Live Online Courses

At Foodology Science LLP, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent learning experience for all our students. Below are the detailed refund policies for our live online courses:

  1. Cancellation 24 Hours Before the Course:

    • If you cancel your registration 24 hours before the live session starts 100% fees will be refunded.
    • Example – Live course on 10/06/2025 then 100% refund offer is eligible till 08/06/2025.

  2. Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Course:

    • If you cancel your registration within last 24 hours before the live session starts, a 10% deduction will be made from the total course fee as an administrative charge. The remaining 90% will be refunded on the original payment method.

  3. No Refund After the Live Session Starts:

    • Once the live class begins, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, even if you miss the session.

  4. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not attend the live session or fail to log in for the scheduled class, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

  5. Technical Issues:

    • In the event of technical difficulties that prevent you from attending the live session, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and may offer you the option to attend a rescheduled session or provide a solution on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Course Rescheduling:

    • If the live session is rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues), we will offer you the option to attend the rescheduled session or refund the full fee if you cannot attend the new date.

  7. Refund Processing:

    • Refund requests must be submitted through the official email or portal within the specified time frames.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during registration.

  8. Non-Transferable:

    • Refunds are only applicable for the specific course you have enrolled in. They cannot be transferred to another course or person.

  9. Special Circumstances:

    • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, please reach out to us with valid documentation. We may consider alternate arrangements or partial refunds at our discretion.
